To begin, please complete our New Patient Request Form.
Once submitted, we will:

π Place you on the Wait List
When space allows we will contact you to schedule
When an opening becomes available, we will reach out directly.

Requesting does not guarantee immediate appointments
Seasonal Medicare patients are welcome
Self-pay + Membership patients follow the same process

Nope!
We happily see seasonal residents and tourists.
We also welcome seasonal Medicare patients for primary care needs. Establishing care here in addition to your home provider is common β and covered by Medicare.

Our Wellness Membership is a monthly program that offers After-Hours virtual response and direct texting access to your provider β like Netflix or Prime, but for health and wellness.

π« What is NOT included in the Wellness Membership?
Membership does not include:
Hospital care
Surgeries
OB care
Cancer care
End-stage organ failure care
Fractures or laceration repair
Chronic pain management
Specialty care
Some mental health conditions require management by a psychiatrist, including:
Bipolar disorder
Suicidal behavior
Addiction/alcoholism
ADD/ADHD
We will always help coordinate referrals when needed.
